I love all the recipes but get annoyed when everything centres around ‘weight loss’!! Not all of us diabetics are overweight. I would like more emphasis on eating a healthy balanced diet!
good recipes in this book, however no carb amount per serving & no calorie amount listed, my Grandaughter wanted to know how many calories in the yuk sung & the scotch eggs
Some exciting ideas for meal planning. I found the section on breakfasts particularly helpful. I also found the carb content of each recipe useful when planning a menu for the day.
The book is really good and lots of food to enjoy x
There are too many recipes with cheese, because of heart issues, I can't have a lot of cheese, feta is ok, but a lot of your recipes have other hard cheese in it. You could better! Also the price of all your books is ridiculous when we have a cost of living crisis here in the UK xx
