Return & Refund Policy

We endeavour to provide a spotless service. However, we understand sometimes you may wish to return an item.

For hygiene reasons, it may not be possible to return some products unless the product is faulty or broken.

It is your responsibility to notify us of your return within 14 days of item receipt. After 14 days, it is at the discretion of the item's supplier as to whether a return or exchange will be accepted. Once notified, all items should be received within 28 days from the date of delivery.

Please note as of April 1st, 2020 we are not accepting returns on any hand sanitiser, face masks or clothing. This includes if they are still in their packaging.

I haven't received my item?

You will need to wait 21 days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of any item.

I haven't received my item and it's been more than 21 days?

Please contact us on shopify@diabetes.co.uk or use the Contact Us tab on the bottom left hand corner of your screen. We appreciate it if you can include your order number in the subject line of your email and let us know exactly which items have not yet arrived.

I have only received some items out of my order, where are my other items?

You will notice when you are browsing on our website that there are different vendors. These vendors only dispatch certain items. Therefore, when you place an order from more than one vendor, although it appears on your invoice as one order, it is actually being dispatched from more than one location. As a result, your items can arrive in separate packages and at separate times.
