Great recipes, easily explained & with colour photos which are essential when first trying out new foods. I love this book it’s been very useful as I started the program

Excellent book for diabetes

I had this cookbook as I was on the verge of becoming a diabetic, so I knew I had to do something about this. The doctor struggle to advise me what I should eat but this book has really helped. This is an excellent book with lovely and easy to make meals such as the roasted cod and chorizo fishcakes and the almond butter chicken curry. This book has helped me to no longer being on the verge of becoming a diabetic and hopefully I will remain that way. I will continue to use this book and try many more recipes.

Excellent recipe book

Only just had this recipe book, I've marked loads of the recipes to try out, they all seem really easy. So far I've made the seed bread and it was delicious and really easy to make. Also made the courgette spaghetti chicken and pesto recipe for dinner, again really easy and delicious. Looking forward to trying many more of the recipes. Really fitting into my low carb diet to lose weight.
