Stevia

I prefer Stevia to other low carb sweeteners. Easy to order from Diabetes UK, along with almond flour for the occasional fruit crumble.

Great products for sugar free baking

The Stevia and almond flour bundle sold together is a regular in our house. Diabetic friendly baking uses the stevia as a sugar substitute and almond flour for much/ all wheat flour to make baked goods (occasionally!) for diabetics. They work well. This source is convenient and well priced as compared to the smaller bags available in supermarkets.
