Get an at-home HbA1c test and see your average HbA1c levels for the past 90 days.

HbA1c refers to glycated haemoglobin which is a protein within red blood cells that carries oxygen throughout your body, joining with glucose in the blood to become glycated. Essentially the HbA1c test determines how sugary your blood is over a period of weeks/months.

How does it work: An at-home HbA1c test kit will be sent to your address, which you complete at home and post back to us.

Turnaround time: 2 days. This means it will take 2 days from receiving your sample to your test results being published. 

You can choose to receive the results only, or receive the results and a 30 minute coaching consultation appointment with an Expert Nutritionist who will help interpret your results and provide personalised feedback, guidance and support. You will receive a follow-up email with calendar link to book your coaching appointment at a time that suits you.

Please note: Take this test when any symptoms of short-term illness have settled. Avoid fatty foods for eight hours before your test, you do not need to fast. You should take this test before you take any medication or vitamin/mineral supplements. Do not take biotin supplements for two days before this test, discuss this with your doctor if it is prescribed. Do not take vitamin B12 for two weeks prior to this test. If your B12 is prescribed ask your doctor whether to stop.
